Jump?

Apparently I must jump through a little hoop here until I take the dive and go pro on this blog.

As I distance myself from the insanity of loud social media and “influencers”, that should happern sooner than later. Blogs hold more soul. They are deliberate, quiet.

My hoop today is merely posting a link to a tiny video of my drawing process with this puttering I’ve been lazily working on between chores and learning new things.

Here is the good old fashioned “lady in a hat” drawing, but with my usual spooky additions.

W̶r̶i̶t̶i̶n̶g̶, err… Tiny Thought Process Prompt?

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

I recently got myself a 64oz/2000ml water bottle that I can barely hold with two hands. Never mind the one beer in the last two years thing. Psssh. My water intake has been positive and wild since last October.

Stay hydrated, my fellow internet wanderers.

Behold. (Intentionally large photo)

Sketches Page

I am going to randomly upload sketches, doodles and drawings that I play around with- on my Sketches Page! Feel free to peruse. It might not be very interesting until there are more images up.

I’m taking some time away from working on my online shops and just doing what feels free and calm. That is why I have re-vamped my little blog, here! Other work has started that requires my full attention. And that’s okay!

Smooth Evening with A.I. Part Two

Here is another A.I generated idea I couldn’t leave alone. Not as much time was spent on this one.

It really wasn’t as busy, visually, as Part One.

I left part of the original behind the finished piece because the colours popped so nicely with the black and gray I used to fix the original. This one is definitely done in more of the real life “style” I use when using physical inks and paper.

See below to slide between the two to see the differences.

Smooth Evening with A.I. Part One

This is a little treat an A.I art generator spit out for me. It was nice… almost cute. Very- um, impressionistic? I thought it needed a few things to make it feel more comfortable to look at.

I blended colours, added small details and items, gave the ghost a little more personality and of course, that book had to be fixed!

Below you may slide the slider back and forth to see the difference. What a fun little side project this has been.

Enjoy!
